Marie Rouzié
Following a bachelor at Sciences Po Paris and La Sorbonne (History major) and a master in Sciences Po Paris specialized in creative industries, I joined Ubisoft as a narrative designer on Anno 1800. I worked for 2 and a half years on the main game and the post-launch content.
I then joined Asobo Studio on A Plague Tale Requiem, sequel to the critically acclaimed Innocence, as narrative designer and associate lead.
Then, I worked at Evil Empire on a currently unannounced project as Main Narrative Designer and Writer and on The Rogue Principe of Persia as Senior Narrative Designer.
Currently at Ubisoft, I’m working on a new Assassin’s Creed game as a Quest Designer.
In my spare time, I am an avid reader and story maker. I have mastered pen and paper since 2015 and have created multiples dozens of hours long campaigns over the years. I also have a Twitch channel on which I analyze the narrative of games I admire (check out Savinae on Twitch).
I have given talks in game developer conferences about my work and have given classes on narrative design at IIM Paris and Ynov Bordeaux.
